BurnOut/BorneOut
Stress management
The importance of workplace stress and burnout has become one of the most relevant work-related issue of the 21st century. Workplace experiences have a significant impact on the individual’s performance and well-being, both in personal and professional lives.
The pressure to perform at high levels in today’s fast-paced world can take a toll on one’s physical and mental health, which makes it essential to take proactive measures to prevent and manage burnout. This is where leaders come into the picture. Leaders are not just role models but serve as reflections of their environment. Leaders are not only responsible for certain KPIs and different performance measures, but their presence among their peers and team members also has a huge impact on the environment, and vice versa. If the leader doesn’t know how to find balance among work duties, or how to relax, how could we expect subordinates to do so? That’s the reason leaders’ wellbeing has a priority in today’s workplace.
Our BoBo program is designed to help leaders identify and address the signs of burnout and low energy levels, as well as to provide them with the tools to improve their overall well-being. BoBo is based on the latest research and best practices in the field of burnout prevention and management. We use a combination of self-assessment measures, coaching, and peer support to help individuals identify the early signs of burnout and take action to prevent it from becoming a more significant problem. The program is tailored to the leaders’ specific needs, circumstances, and it can be adapted to fit the demands of different work environments. They will learn to identify the early signs of burnout, to manage stress and prioritize self-care, and how they can create a more sustainable work-life balance. The program aims to improve job performance, reduce stress, and increase well-being.
Overall, our program is an opportunity for leaders to explore their resources, make them aware, and learn to take control of the obstacles in their current practices. BoBo can serve as the first step in preventing burnout and creating a positive change in leaders’ practice.
